What I Offer
My work takes several forms, depending on context and need. All offerings are educational and reflective in nature, and are designed to support understanding, perspective, and connection during periods of transition.
Community-Based Conversations & Groups
Facilitated small-group conversations focused on shared experience, reflection, and meaning-making.
These may include:
Early parenthood and family life
Parenting in apartments or close-quarters living
Fathers on paternity leave
Identity shifts during major life transitions
Groups may be offered independently or in partnership with residential communities, organizations, or institutions.
Educational & Transition Support
Educational support for individuals, families, or organizations navigating significant transitions, including:
Adjustment to serious or life-altering medical diagnoses
Hospice and end-of-life education
Understanding emotional and relational changes during periods of uncertainty
This work focuses on orientation, reflection, and support — not treatment or intervention.
ADHD Education
Educational offerings that help individuals and communities understand ADHD through brain science, development, and lived experience.
This includes:
Reframing difference as variation rather than deficit
Increasing self-understanding and compassion
Educational programs for justice-involved or underserved populations
Reflective & Creative Practices
Workshops and guided experiences that use creative processes to support insight and self-understanding, including:
Reflective journaling practices
Creative expression as a tool for meaning-making
Group-based exploration of personal narratives and expectations
These offerings are process-oriented and accessible to individuals without prior creative experience.
Community & Values-Based Projects
Occasional projects rooted in education, environmental stewardship, and community engagement, developed in collaboration with local partners.
